We recently sold our home through Open Homes and were really pleased with the service offered to us.
Right from the initial valuation to completion, the staff, in particular Vic were punctual, highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient in marketing the property.
In our search for the right estate agents to handle the sale, we got valuations from other agents in the area, but decided to go with Open Homes.
Our decision to go with Open Homes was based upon the professional and honest opinion of the agent valuing our property together with concrete ideas for marketing the property effectively. During the time our home was on the market, the first prospective buyer’s mortgage fell through. Whilst informing us of this, Vic had already conducted several viewings and a new buyer’s offer was presented to us for consideration. We were very glad we chose them; their proactive approach meant the sale was completed in a reasonable time frame which suited us perfectly. We were never left to ‘chase’ progress as either Vic or Barry were regularly in touch with us to keep us updated on the sale.
The level personal service offered to us was excellent and we would recommend them highly.

As a Landlord I have always found Open Homes very professional. I always feel as if they go that extra mile to get things done to the standard I require and in the time scales set out. My properties are empty for the very minimum amount of time, as soon as we give the go ahead repairs are carried out and property inspections are carried out when required.
My phone calls and emails are always returned unlike other agents I have used. The staff are friendly and always very happy to help. If I have any real problems I can easily talk to either of the directors who tend to be in the office or available most days.
