• We will advise you on all legal aspects of lettings, such as your legal requirement to produce an annual Gas safety certificate or register your tenants deposit with a tenancy deposit scheme each year.
• Our Commission fees start from only 6% plus vat for our tenant introduction scheme , our annual renewal fees are reduced for all landlords , cal now for full details of our service packages and your legal responsibilities.
